The NanoGenizer is a laboratory-scale, electrically-driven, bench-top high-pressure homogenizer that reaches up to 3,062 bar (45,000 psi) without needing compressed air or hydraulic oil. It includes a feed reservoir, high-pressure pump, transducer, PLC control panel, and a microfluidics diamond interaction chamber. This system generates high shear rates, resulting in uniform particle distribution for applications such as cell disruption, nanoemulsions, liposomes, and deagglomeration. Notably energy-efficient with half the energy loss of typical homogenizers, the compact NanoGenizer also features precise control systems, silent operation, and a high throughput of over 150 mL/min at 30,000 psi, and is CE and RoHS compliant.
