A good diet can help you get more out of your workouts.
Don't go too hard on the first exercise, use it to warm up a tight body.
If you have a hard time completing exercise, try
increasing the rest between movements by 5 to 10 seconds.
Try 2 to 3 sets in a row depending on your proficiency.
