Butterfly Effect in D&D!? (D&D: Mid Character Grind)

We went into a magical tower filled with puzzles. We encountered the 4 statues of a Displacer Beast, Manticore, Djinn, and defender. Djinn is a center of power for dark magic. Manticore, clockwork defender, displacer beast are guardians. The three guardians were in some type of assault pose. Righteous assholes brought him to the rink of death and didn't finish the job. They gave him the option of life. Tower Queen marked the Temple of Just on the map.
