Chicken Teriyaki on the Blackstone! This is such a simple recipe, and tastes so amazing! Plenty more you can add, or change if you want as well.

Recipe:

Season up your (washed chicken 😉)
I used
Salt & Pepper
Smoked Paprika
Onion Powder
Ground Turmeric
Cayenne red pepper (optional)
Ground Ginger
I chose to mix in a zip-lock bag thoroughly

Veggies
I used
1 Big Yellow Onion
Some Fresh Mushrooms
Some Scallions (reserve the white ends of these for the
Teriyaki Sauce)
1 bag of pre-mixed stir fry veggies

Teriyaki Sauce
In medium pot
add 4 cups of Soy Sauce (I like the low Sodium)
add your reserved scallions
add 5 minced garlic cloves or about a tablespoon
of "Jar-Lic"
1/2 tablespoon of ground ginger (fresh is better)
2 teaspoons red pepper flake
1.5 cups of light brown sugar, dark works too.
bring to a boil for about 7 minutes
1/2 cup of cold water and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
to make your slurry.
Add that to your sauce, mix well cook for another 3-5 minutes
or until the sauce if to your desire for thickness.

The rest is up to you!
Once you have your chicken cooked up whatever method you want will work.
Add your rice, veg & chicken drizzle some sauce and enjoy the
faces your family or friends make when they realize you
could be a chef! 😉
Enjoy!
