State shuts down daycare operator in Jefferson County, cites willful violation of the law

The Colorado Department of Human Services has ordered the immediate shutdown of Little Minds Learning Center in Jefferson County. DHS officials cite the licensee's consistent failure to maintain standards prescribed by the Department, in violation of state law, and the willful or deliberate violation of the Child Care Licensing Act.
