Bonds can be differentiated on the basis of their relative risk level, from Treasury Bills (T-Bills), Commercial Paper, Bankers' Acceptances, to Government Bonds, to Investment-Grade Corporate Bonds, High-Yield Corporate Bonds and Convertible Bonds.
