What IS Reiki?

What IS Reiki? This video is my attempt to define what Reiki is and is not rather than explain how it works. There are interpretations from both of my reiki instructors as well as the definition from William Rand who is the teacher or of the main branches of Reiki. Another is from author and Reiki master Penelope Quest. At the end I give you my own take per my angels and guides. I hope you find this helpful as we start our Reiki journey together!
