▪️Russia must be part of future peace talks: "The Minsk agreements in 2014 failed to bring peace. Any future peace agreement must be based on strong military support for Ukraine and reliable security guarantees" ;
▪️The paradox is that the more weapons we give to Ukraine, the more confidence we have that we can achieve peace;
▪️It is no longer enough for NATO countries to spend 2% of GDP on defense in these conditions, I call for increased investment;
▪️For any future military operations outside NATO territory, there must be a clearly defined plan of action, and we must be honest about what we can and cannot achieve (lessons from the Afghanistan situation).
