Real vitamins from food sources are better than anything created.

For Vitamin E, there are four forms, and its best to have them together in a supplement. We really don’t want the fake version.

Vitamin B series - The REAL FOOD is the best available form already – no need to do anything. We want the “methylcobalamin” form of vitamin B12 and B6, instead of the “cyanocobalamin” form. Due to a genetic change called “MTHFR" in quite a lot of people, the “cyano-“ form can actually worsen detox, instead of helping it. The methyl form works for most people, regardless of whether you know if you have this MTHFR genetic change or not. Learn more in this video podcast.
