Morning greens smoothie🥬

Fun fact, your body needs vitamin c to help absorb non-heme iron. So don’t skip the oranges when making this smoothie!

𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
• 4 cups of kale
• 4 cups of baby spinach
• 2 oranges, chopped
• 2 cups of frozen mangoes
• 2 cups of coconut water
• 2 cups of filtered water

Yields — 2 servings.

𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:
• Remove the skin and roughly chop oranges.
• Soak + rinse kale and baby spinach.
• Add all ingredients to a blender.
• Blend on high until smooth.
• Serve and enjoy!
