Beach Thief Plays the Victim | Cop isn't Having It

On May 29, 2023 in Florida, deputies responded to calls of a woman and man stealing backpacks at the beach. When they arrived, the victims had caught the woman and were holding her for the officers. This is footage of the events that followed.
