Senate Intel panel to grill tech execs on election interference

Executives from Microsoft and the parent companies of Facebook and Google are providing testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee Wednesday about attempts by actors like Russia, China and Iran to exert covert influence on U.S. public opinion in the runup to this year’s election.
