Here is the more desired video, the kit reveal! Shin Hati has some decent synergy with mercenaries (which at this time means nothing, but as Baylan Skol and Maddox (or whatever his name is) are released, will have greater impact).

Overall, her kit is pretty decent, offering herself and the team many beneficial buffs and other boosts. She also has a territory war omicron which, on paper, sounds pretty decent, including a full team revive (much like GL Leia's Ultimate)!
