Doing the great work of healing your trauma, clearing negative programming, understanding yourself and this world coupled with reprogramming yourself with positive beliefs, bringing more light/energy into the body with modalities like Qi Gong or getting more embodied with a deep yoga practice are incredibly powerful ways to fight back.
