On Day 223 of my sobriety journey, I listen to the beautiful harmonica and guitar collaboration by Indiara Sfair and Tiago Juk on their track Simbios. This is my first time hearing these artists, and I’m absolutely stunned by their incredible talent—such beautiful, soulful music. Their harmonica and guitar playing is simply mesmerizing, and I’m really glad to have stumbled upon them.

Before diving into the music, I talk about something that’s been on my mind lately: the new addiction that seems to have taken over our lives—drama. In today’s world, where everyone has a platform to express themselves, many people are getting hooked on creating and consuming drama. It feels like spreading positivity has become too “boring,” while negativity and drama get people more engaged. It's an addiction that's more widespread than anything the cartels or pharmaceutical companies could offer because it's available to anyone who pays their internet bill. In this environment, it’s becoming harder to just be human because everything is recorded and exposed. This makes me reflect on a good measure in life: "If everyone acted the way I do, would the world be a better place or worse?"
