Today, 09/20/2024, is NATIONAL FRIED RICE DAY! Eddie's Stir Fry on the Blackstone is outstanding. Rice cooked on the griddle with onions, garlic & 1 egg. Usually chicken or steak, with veggies seasoned the same way. He makes me a little bowl of mushrooms for mine. What's your favorite way to eat fried rice?
