Here are two changes you need to make to rank your website on the first page of Google.

Firstly, always have your main keyword in your URL. When we Google "Loft Conversion Essex" the top-ranking website has the main keyword "loft conversion Essex" in the URL. Your main keyword will always be your Core Service + your Location. So if you are a roofer in London, your main keyword will be "Roofer London" so make sure your main keyword is in your URL.

The second change is to Alt tag all the images on your service page with your main keyword. If you check the source code of this image on our client's website, you will see the keyword. So now you want to do the same on your website as well.
