Let the one without sin.......cast the first stone!

In chapter 8 of the gospel of John we have the account of the adulterous woman who is brought before Jesus for judgment. Jesus does not condemn her to death and forgives her. Unfortunately, many believers do not understand what is going on here and why she is not condemned by our Messiah. In order to understand the context of what is happening, one must understand that Torah in the Old Testament. The laws as well as punishments surrounding adultery as well as pretty much every other act that YHWH has deemed to be a sin are explained in the Torah.

In this video, I try to break the story down to the best of my understanding to help anyone watching to understand John chapter 8 and hopefully to encourage you to be more accountable for your faith and the study to show yourself approved instead of believing the opinions and interpretations of others.

While YHWH does provide Pastors, Teachers, Apostles and Evangelists to edify the body no one else can get you closer to our heavenly Father. Each of us has to want to know him and seek a personal and intimate relationship with him. Not only should we want to be saved and make it into the eternal kingdom but we should want to be a friend to our Father as Abraham and Moses were and as Christ's apostles were to him.
