How to remove a freewheel of a bicycle wheel.
Alternative ways are to use an adjustable wrench to turn the adaptor and unscrew the freewheel.
While doing this, the wheel can be put on the ground, against a wall, so it can't turn - a mounted tyre is preferable when doing it this way.
