A new series of workouts has been introduced by Zwift and I needed something to add to my ride schedule. These workouts seem to fit the bill.

WHO IS DEMON HUNTER? Just an old guy trying to get back into shape. If you see an old guy wheezing and coughing up a lung on the roads of Watopia, that's probably me. Give me a Ride On or call 911, whichever seems appropriate.
