NOTE : সারা দেশে সেনাহিনীকে ম্যাজিস্ট্রেসি ক্ষমতা দিয়েছে সরকার। ১৭ সেপ্টেম্বর জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয়ের এক প্রজ্ঞাপনে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়েছে। আগামী ৬০ দিন বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীর কমিশনপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তারা এই বিচারিক ক্ষমতা কাজে লাগাতে পারবেন। এর ফলে ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত বসিয়ে অপরাধীকে সাজা দিতে পারবেন তারা।
