🔵Due process law is an essential element of justice. It exists to protect both the rights of the plaintiff and the defendant. Yet very few people ever learn what the law says regarding what is and what is NOT proper process. Cops, DAs, judges and special administrators rarely properly follow the law of due process. They will regularly violate statues, criminal procedure, court rules and notice requirements and leave it up to YOU to catch them at their game.
In this VSOF civics and sovereignty class we will be going over the history of writs and process and doing a deep dive into a treatise on that subject.
