Opened in 1900 as the Goodman Equipment Plant. Closed down and abandoned since 1989.

This was never a float factory but originally locomotives and parts for them we're built here. After closing in 1989 for years parade floats we're stored here. Towards the end of the video I did stumble upon some floats. Got a great view when I made it to the roof as well.
