2A and the Courts with Theresa Inacker - GunFreedomRadio EP 465

24

Our guest today is Theresa Inacker. Theresa has been an Attorney for more than 24 years, is the New Jersey State Director for Women for Gun Rights, and is a Trustee of the Executive Board for The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners (CNJFO).
Theresa is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and The Supreme Court of the United States.
1) Talk to us about the sometimes contentious relationship between the 2A and the Courts. Shouldn’t the Bruen SCOTUS decision have streamlined how the courts interpret 2A issues?
2) What is the state of gun rights in your home state of NJ?
3) You already wear many hats in support of our Second Amendment, but you are seeking a new position on the Board of the NRA. Talk to us about that.
4) Tell us about your 2024 Fundraiser for WGR-NJ!

  • A right delayed is a right denied. Speaking from experience, NJ is one of the most totalitarian state governments in the union.

  • I believe the order for ratifying the US Constitution is Delaware, Pennsylvania, and then NJ.

  • You touched on several really good points, one of which is the lawmakers in NJ see anyone that has a gun that is not law enforcement as a criminal. If it's not that, then it's maybe worse yet; the primary purchase could be they want us disarmed for more nefarious reasons. Either way, everything they are doing is repugnant to the US Constitution and everyone upholding those laws are treasonous.
