Reject: A Super Superhero Story (part 37)

*The plan was always to weaken Reject through fights with most members of the Just before SuperDuperman ever arrived. Sure, having Wreck suddenly lose it inside his bloodlust rage, and for Control to join with Reject to control that rage, wasn't something SuperDuper ever considered but even with that outcome arising SuperDuper still hopes Reject is spent enough for their second confrontation to go way more in SuperDupers favor. He was supposed to be the next big thing, the newest hero none has yet defeated, and Reject beat him so SuperDuper must return the favor. With most of Memory Hernandezs media empire in wait, every camera she owns ready to capture it all, SuperDuper ignores the burning horror of downtown Houston and lands for round two. But, and to SuperDupers surprise, Reject isn't spent he is pissed and glad to keep fighting if that is what SuperDuper wants. His eyes even begin to glow as red as the fires nearby as on the horizon a green streak signals the approach of Sister Salvation.
