On Day 222 of my sobriety journey, I’m listening to One Ok Rock's Wherever You Are. Before diving into the music, I talk a bit about my training sessions, including a two-hour workout with a client and a boxing class this morning. I’m feeling a bit exhausted, which reminds me that recovery time takes a little longer as I get older, but I’m okay with that.

As for the music, this song brought me back to memories from 20 years ago when my friends and I used to hang outside festivals in Sweden. We’d spend the whole day listening to music, enjoying the atmosphere, and hearing the crowd sing along with the artists. There’s something truly special about One Ok Rock, and I really like how simple yet beautiful this track is. It’s a timeless sound that connects with the listener, and I can’t wait to dive into more of their music. This track is from around 10 years ago, so I’ve got a lot of catching up to do, and I’m really excited to go through their discography.
