America celebrates Constitution Day! (It doesn't need to be rewritten; it needs to be reread)

This is Constitution Week, and Tuesday is Constitution Day, the 237th Anniversary of the signing of that document. So why do so many Americans ignore this anniversary, or are they even aware of it?

Since the Constitution did not delegate to Congress the power to create federal departments and agencies that enforce powers not delegated to the United States, all the legislation that created these agencies are unconstitutional and therefore void. Furthermore, all the legislation that appropriated monies to these agencies is also void, making their funding embezzlement.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is only the beginning. We have before us the questions of how to enforce the limited and enumerated powers of the United States, how do we balance the federal budget, and how do we handle the powers that the federal government has illegally assumed?

Let’s face it: Depending on where you start, we’ve been ignoring the Constitution for between 100 and 200 years. That means a lot of mistakes have been made, and it is a giant mess to clean up.
