Ubisoft is on the edge of collapse. Several financial institutions have downgraded their stock based on the performance of Star Wars: Outlaws and a constant free fall in their trading value. They have one more big release this year and it cannot hope to overperform enough to compensate for the losses of 2024, so they have to get desperate.

Assassin's Creed Shadows is now doubling down on the lie they are going to be historically accurate to Feudal Japan. But if you aren't going to buy that, then you are apart of the hate campaign that they are getting the New York Times to write a hit piece about.

Ubisoft will not exist in its current state this time next year.
