(Pleading with God of Righteous Judgment in times of persecution)

Intro:
define Defence/Defense, persecution, plead/ing, right/eous, judgment

Things to consider and remember in times of Persecution:
1. We can Trust the Lord for Deliverance from such - v.1, v.6
2. the enemy can hurt us and do much damage v.2
3. reflect on our own faults if any be done. vv. 3-5
4. People need Leaders to look up to. v. 6-7
5. Call and trust in the Lord's righteous judgment and not focus on self interest only - v8-11
6. God's judgment may be delayed (we think), but be sure that it will be done and it will be hard - v12-13
7. the wicked will get what he deserve - v.14-16
8. we will rejoice when the righteous judgment will be realized - v.17
