BABY SPENCER SELF SOOTHING WHILE HE BREASTFEEDS//

It's normal for babies to soothe themselves while they are breastfeeding.

In this video, you can see how our thirteen-month-old baby Spencer self-soothes by using my thumb. He likes to press my thumb onto the tip or the bridge of his nose when he's tired and he's wanting to go to sleep.

I sincerely hope that by sharing my breastfeeding journey I can encourage other women to attempt and persist with, what can be at times, a difficult thing to do.
