Workout (30 Minutes): Focus on advanced kettlebell movements such as One-Handed Swings, Clean & Press, and Turkish Get-Ups, combined with mobility work to build strength, power, and endurance.

Cool Down (5 Minutes): Complete the session with a thorough cool-down to improve flexibility and promote recovery.
