Sinner's Chief Confession - Psalm 6

Psalm 6 is a lament of David in which he cries out to God for mercy and healing from his physical and emotional distress. He is also aware and remorseful of his own sin. We, like David, have experienced suffering and struggle in our sin. This psalm is a great reminder to rest in knowing that we have hope when our refuge is in God.
