Moving "Star" & I talk about seeing Orions Belt fall from the sky..

This "Star" has been showing up just West of the Center for several years. What makes it quite odd is that, it moves around most nights, sometimes dropping below the hills and rising again a few seconds later.. My self and others have withnessed the same "star" disappear and reappear and move unlike any star Ive ever seen. I also chat for a second about seeing the three stars in Orions belt one night fall away from their "fixed" positions and then return again... After seeing that, I know Ive been lied to about what a star really is..
