Typhoon Bebinca lashes Shanghai in strongest storm since 1949

Hundreds of thousands were evacuated from their homes on Monday morning as the normally bustling financial hub of Shanghai was brought to a standstill by Typhoon Bebinca. Fiona Jones reports.
