Newsweek Routh interview: the psycho who tried to kill Trump today

Supported Ukraine and Kamala Harris, recruited Afghans for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He spent nearly a year in Ukraine recruiting foreign fighters. Newsweek interviewed him in Ukraine. He painted his hair Blue/Yellow. He thought Ukraine is a war between good (Ukraine) and evil (Russia) so obviously he is at the worst crazy, at the least low information ignoramus. But to me he is obviously connected to the US government somehow. Probably some Intel agency. Is he a creation of MKUltra? Did the Intel agencies arm him and send him in Trump's direction?
