Herman Cain — ABC Got Rid Of Roseanne Because Of Political Reasons

“I don’t think she’s a racist,” Cain told Fox’s Neil Cavuto. “I think she made some comments that she didn’t think about that would come across as sounding racist and indeed they were racist comments.”

Cain also attempted to float the suggestion that ABC may have cancelled the program for political reasons, repeating the theory again and again while adding that he wasn’t sure.

“She overstepped her bounds and she didn’t think about what the backlash would be,” Cain said. “However, I don’t disagree with all of the criticism that she has gotten. I question whether or not that was the only motivation for cancelling the show.”

Cain then went on to speculate that ABC, being a network that has provided “negative coverage” of President Donald Trump, may have opportunistically ended its own heavily-watched program simply to spite the Right.
