Where Are Koroks In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Near Hyrule Castle next to the First Gate House is a turret with a large stone bird on it. You can see a pinwheel on it and when you get close to the pinwheel it activates 3 balloons. Once you hit all three with your arrows you see your first korok appear and give you some seeds.
