How Do You Hold Civil Servants Accountable?

How do you hold the civil servants accountable when they violate your rights?

Let's dig in.

THEY think they have authority over you even when there is no victim.

Please God enter the brains of all the people who read this with the divine spark of curiosity and critical thinking skills...

To understand from where a bunch of tools can or cannot "rule" over you...

(I can't use the words I want due to censorship, meh free speech, lol)

If you were in a bar with 500 people and 100 of them got together to form the "rules" of life, would you obey them?

Of course not!

So why do you think you have to "obey" the legislatures, city commissions, town councils, etc?

They're the "government"?
They make you BELIEVE THAT.

But what they are, are private for profit corporations acting and PRETENDING to be government.

So says the Supreme Court Clearfield Doctrine.

The University has an entire Supreme Court campus where we have the cases we use to stand up under the common law.

When the govt became corporations, they gave up authority and all interactions with them require a contract you agreed to that compels you to "perform".

Perform, means let them rule over you.

I am a citizen of the United States OF AMERICA.

I will never check a box that I am a US citizen under the 14th Amendment which puts me under the jurisdiction of the corporation of the United States, and all "State(s) of.." also fall under.

The 50 independent states are two things:
1. subsidiary corporations of the UNITED STATES corporations.
2. on the LAND OF the republic, from where your rights exist.

WE THE PEOPLE created the government to protect our rights, which are clearly laid out in the Bill of Rights.

This is the only interaction in the world, in which they can get away with assuming and presuming they have authority over you, UNLESS, you express they do not.

This is how grossly f-d up the system is.

THEY created an incredibly deceptive system using the mechanism of the LEGAL ENTITY, which they put you under using fraud and propaganda, to make you believe they have authority over you.

What is your LEGAL ENTITY?
Your all caps name on your state birth certificate.
Your all caps name on your social security card.

Your all caps name on your DRIVER'S LICENSE, the true adult LEASH you VOLUNTEERED to contract with.

They never told you when you signed any of these contracts that you were waiving your rights, so that's fraud.

You can and should rescind those contracts in case you ever need to stand up for your rights. (we teach you)
