Archetypes & Evolution: Using Tarot for Mental Alchemy

Using tarot as a tool for spiritual evolution and exploring your psyche. Take what resonates, discard the rest.

MATRIX - The wand seeking a target. Unmoving. Always active.
POTENTIATOR - The chalice to be filled. Unconscious. Hidden. Sought by the Matrix.
CATALYST - The reaction to be studied. The result. Can be either positive or negative.
EXPERIENCE - The lesson to be learned. Being conscious of and learning from Catalyst.
SIGNIFICATOR - The choice to be made. The witness. Choose the meaning of the lesson.
TRANSFORMATION - The gold that's been transmuted. Evolution. The understanding that comes from the work.
GREAT WAY - The path to be walked. The open door. Unmanifest becomes manifest.

How to work through the archetypes:
1. Take the 22 Major Arcana from your deck
2. Lay them out in 3 groups of 7 representing Mind, Body and Spirit (put The Fool to the side for now)
3. Work through the archetypes column by column from top to bottom (1, 8, 15, 2, 9, 16 etc. finishing with The Fool)
4. Now, work through the archetypes in pairs (1 + 2, 3 + 4, 5 + The Fool, 6 + 7 etc.)
