January 11, 1990 - Indianapolis Retirement Celebration for Herman Christmas

He was counselor 15 years for Fairbanks Hospital, retiring in 1990, and was a Navy veteran of World War II. I found this VHS tape in the wild and am sharing it for historical purposes. The event includes a proclamation from Indianapolis Mayor William Hudnut declaring January 11 "Christmas Day".
