It's unbroken gameplay which means if you see me stop suddenly and things repeat themselves (on motorcycle ride) that is where I was rubberbanding and that is exactly what I saw. None us players were rubberbanding before the last update. Now all of us are. Me not so badly.

In the hospital I was very tired and nervous. I have claustrophobia of the kind that I cannot stand being in places I cannot get out of. Not elevators irl because they don't feel like a trap. But being admitted to hospital drives me batwallers. Does not help that long ago did have a doctor torture me. Only that one all others professionals and few saved my life. Don't blame all docs what happened. So that quest I mentally shut down could not think what number was September.

The clown quest I could not figure out what was wanted of me. Clown don't bother me. But being locked in does so there again was just wanting out hard to think.

Btw, why I can't do boss fights. They feel like a trap.
