Sun Breathing: 8 Minute Guided Breathing

In this guided breathwork (called Pranayama) we learn Sun breathing (Surya Bhedana in Sanskrit). This Breathing activates the right energy channel (Pingala Nadi) which stimulates the “masculine” or Yang quality of Heat in the body.

Therefore, this is good for people with excess Yin/cold in the body and is not necessary for those with excess Yang/heat.
