IS JOE BIDEN PLAYING POSSUM? ARE RPUBS LETTING HIM OFF THE HOOK?

If Joe Biden is too old and not cognisent of his actions or decisions then how come is is still President? Is it wise to let him be involved in political policies especially when some of them involve wartime situations and peace deals. If he is well enough to do those things then isn't he also well enough to be charged with his crimes?
Seems the republicans dropped the Impeachment charges weeks ago and since then, not a peep, are they ok with just letting feeble old Joe go, but yet the feeble old man is still making policies that could affect every American. Either he is having memory and brain issues, or he isn't. Which is it?
