Robert Howell:
Robert Howell was born in Japan, where his father was stationed in the U.S. Air Force. His family moved to San Jose, California in 1965, where he attended Lynbrook High School and later studied at De Anza College and San Jose State University. Married since 1980, Robert and his wife have two children and five grandchildren. He is the CEO and Chief Design Engineer at Exatron, a company founded by his father in 1974, which manufactures its products in San Jose.

Political Involvement: Robert has been active in conservative politics for over a decade. In 2010, he founded the Tea Party Patriots of Silicon Valley, followed by serving as a board member of the Liberty Forum in 2011. In 2020, he was elected to the Silicon Valley GOP. In 2022, Robert ran for California Insurance Commissioner, receiving 4 million votes in his race against current Commissioner Ricardo Lara. In 2023, he founded the Silicon Valley Chapter of the California Republican Assembly (SVCRA).

Robert Howell is now running for California Senate District 15, representing the metropolitan area of Santa Clara County.
