Demystifying Mashiach (messiah)

The term “Mashiach” (messiah) is often viewed as a “savior” who will come and heal the world, recalibrating humanity to its natural equilibrium. However, if we take a deeper look at the Jewish perspective on this phenomenon, it reveals that Mashiach is actually a time period, one that may come from a physical person leading humanity there, or achieved through the accomplishments of a generation.

The ancestors of the Jewish People have passed down the essential codes necessary to decipher this term, and while some see "Mashiach" (the Messiah) as the person that brings the "end of times", those who’ve passed down these unaltered ancient teachings understand it to be the "beginning of a new era" that every and any generation can realize.

Nonetheless, most ancient cultures have traditions that depict a future day where a global reset is to come. Shouldn't humanity be thinking about where we are all going? Wouldn't that help us better understand what we must do today in order to get there? Thinking more about the collective destination could lead humanity towards uniting behind a holistic recognition of an inclusive vision and naturally unveil a better path forward for us all to take.
