Today is the day Dill starts his family. Today is the day he starts a relationship with Dallas and gets married. He's thriving in his political career, already halfway up the ladder.

Dills backstory: Now that you're free from the hippies, and their medicinal herbs, you can't wait to enjoy the city life. Knowing so much about peace and love, you want to stay far away from that.

Rules:
- Start in an apartment in the art district
-Join the political career
-Have one kid, name them whatever you want, but treat them horribly. They have everything they need except your love.
-Have quake zone lot trait for the entirety of gen 2
-Find a soulmate to watch and raise your child (your choice if you're nice to her or not.) You must not raise your child, your focus is WORK.
-Once child reached teen you must "kick them out" starting gen 3
-Must complete aspiration
