Plant of the Week - Pea Vine - was offered between September 14, 2024 through September 21, 2024.

Pea Vine is a member of the Appease-Mint family.
Pea Vine costs 125 Sun. (-25 Sun at level 4, 6 and 8.)
Pea Vine does 20 damage. (+10 damage per level.)
Pea Vine does a damage boost of 1.5x for itself and any Appease-Mint plant inside of it. (+0.25x per level EXCEPT 4, 6 and 8.)

Commentary:
Before Pea Vine and Mega Gatling Pea were released, Appease-Mint strategies were always 2nd tier. Sure there was Repeater and Torchwood which were decent damage dealers. But there was always zombies which could shred such strategies and at the higher levels, the zombies simply could not be defeated using Appease-Mint strategies. Appease-Mint needed some love.

Then came Pea Vine and Mega Gatling Pea. Now there is no reason to play anything else. Even when nerfed during an Arena event, these Appease-Mint strategies can deal more damage than any almost other.

Bottom Line:
Like Mega Gatling Pea from last week, get this plant and level it up. You won't regret it and neither will your lawn, your plants, or Dave.

Perks = SHIELDS / Sun Perk / Boss Buster (Damage to Zomboss.)

We also try to vary the strategies from week to week and showcasing different plants and strategies and ideas. Using the same strategy week after week would be boring to see.
