Post-Conditioning Knee Support Small Workout

First in the shoot for knee flexion I did lying hamstring curls. I did these in the 15+ rep range but 2-3 RIR. A little stimulus goes a long way with hamstrings so I try not yo take them too close to failure. I need to be able to use them again tomorrow 😆

For calves, specifically the gastrocs to protect the knee from below I did the Hammer Strength machine standing calf raises in the 20+ rep range
