Morning routine for traders
Having a morning routine that empowers you and balances you out before trading is a must!
.
When we are scalping a market like the S&P futures, we can't afford to have brain fog. We must be sharp.
.
A few things I do every single day before I trade are:
1. I meditate for 20 minutes.
2. I drink a half a liter of water with Celtic Sea salt. This helps to hydrate our cells after 8 hours of fasting while sleeping.
3. I do weight training and Muay Thai boxing on alternate days.
4. I drink a green tea without any cream or sugar.
The best thing about this, although I started doing this because of trading, it has affected my entire existence in a positive way, as I'm sure you can imagine.
.
I did not attempt to do all of these at the same time. I started with one and once I got good and consistent with it, I started another habit.
.
What other habits do you think one should do every morning to start their day off sharp and alert?
