Chair Yoga For Eye Health - 21 Minute Class

Yoga for Eye Health👀 In this class, we move through a series of exercises specifically for the eyes. As you move through these exercises, there should never be any force or strain in the eye muscles. All movements should be done as soft and relaxed as possible.
